Weekday Shift (Monday - Thursday, 4/10 shifts) Installs, modifies, moves, troubleshoots, repairs and dismantles machinery and equipment according to requisition documentation, layout plans, blueprints or other drawings. Prepares installation site by constructing foundations and aligns and fastens machinery to the foundation using hoists, dollies, rollers, trucks, tools, squares, rules and micrometers. Performs operational tests on newly installed, modified, repaired and moved machinery and equipment to ensure that it meets technical specifications. Fabricates metal parts for prototype equipment based on drawings. Programs PLCs (programmable logic controllers).

This individual will play a key role in defining the architecture for core networking technologies, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and secure remote access solutions. -Perform in-process inspection of products with use of standard and specialized inspection equipment; ie micrometer, etc. -Determines accept/reject decisions and document Nonconformances (NC's) accordingly.-Ability to operate computer-controlled equipment and perform physical/mechanical tests utilizing known standards and specifications.-Perform calculations to confirm compliance to geometric dimensioning and tolerancing schemes.-Interpret drawings, prepares and maintains inspections records as required by established procedures.Position Location Detail: This position is located at our Main Plant Facility.

This role is responsible for operating CNC machines to fabricate and assemble precision parts, ensuring high-quality production standards and understanding of machining processes.

The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for identifying and mitigating supplier risks, ensuring on time and accurate submission of Supplier Deliverable Documentation Requirements, analyze defects, and conduct root cause analysis as applicable to eliminate defects and improve product quality, cost and schedule. Process and quality system audits to ensure compliance to specifications and documented procedures. Assess suppliers’ capabilities and capacity and identify supplier risks.
