We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our growing Solid Rocket Motor Engineering Team. The Senior Rocket Engineer will lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting and troubleshooting across multiple programs. The Senior Project Engineer will ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost across all development phases and will lead customer-facing meetings.
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineering Director to join our growing Solid Rocket Motor Engineering Team. This role is critical in leading and supporting the SRM design and analysis group for our growing portfolio of development programs. Our SRM design and analysis group includes design, analysis, development testing and performance analysis of our Solid Rocket Motors.** This is a full-time position with a 9/80 schedule. This position can be remote or at our Huntsville, AL or Hampton, AR facility.

Performs economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation and investments | Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements and prepares reports and recommendations to management | Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance and other areas of business | Researches economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning | Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.

The Programs Sr Manager Role: Plans, monitors, and leads the execution of internal programs from initiation through completion, with full accountability for technical, schedule and financial performance. - Leads or coordinates programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and indirect people management on cross-functional teams spanning engineering, finance, contracts, operations and supply chain to achieve program objectives. - Monitors program metrics and provides regular updates to internal and external customers to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance; suggests and implements course corrections when required to achieve program objectives This position may require International Travel.This position can be located in Vermont or Saco, Maine.
