This role is on-site in Mesquite, TX. Metal Part Machining focuses on operating computer or mechanically controlled machines to produce and repair metal parts for manufacturing. Analyzes engineering specifications or blueprints to define the dimensions and features of the metal part to be produced. Determines the optimal tool path for fabricating the part by selecting appropriate machine tools (e.g., lathes, drill presses, milling machines, grinders, boring machines, etc.) and specifying the sequence of tool operations. Manually sets up/adjusts machine tools. Recommends revisions in design and/or substitutions in material based on machinability or fabrication problems

This is a temporary full-time position--The Customer Source Inspector conducts on-site inspection of materials, components, and finished products for military and defense programs at a supplier facility in Texarkana, Texas. The role ensures all items meet customer and contractual requirements prior to shipment. Responsibilities include reviewing technical documentation, performing visual and dimensional inspections, identifying nonconformances, completing inspection reports, and coordinating with suppliers and customer quality representatives. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, knowledge of defense or aerospace quality standards, and can work independently.
