The successful candidate for this role has a strong understanding of thermal analysis principles, with expertise in some of the tools common in industry. As a Thermal Engineer you will conduct detailed thermal analysis of solid rocket motor components. You will collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, interface with customers, and drive technical excellence. Thermal Ablative Analysis experience is strongly preferred. ** This is a full-time position with a 9/80 schedule. This position can be remote or at our Huntsville, AL or Hampton, AR facility.
We are seeking Technician II candidates to support our field service engineering team with Active Protection System (APS). The selected candidates will provide hands-on technical expertise, supporting the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of APS kits on various military vehicles and platforms. Individuals in this role will interact with U.S. military personnel, foreign supplier partners, vehicle prime contractors, and other stakeholders while operating at customer sites. Travel may include OCONUS trips. Ability to obtain a Security Clearance is required.

Determines the optimal tool path for fabricating the part by selecting appropriate machine tools (e.g., lathes, drill presses, milling machines, grinders, boring machines, etc.) and specifying the sequence of tool operations. Manually sets up/adjusts machine tools. Recommends revisions in design and/or substitutions in material based on machinability or fabrication problems
The Principal Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of components sourced from suppliers specializing in metal casting and mold manufacturing. This role provides technical leadership for supplier qualification, process validation, quality improvement, and ongoing risk management across our supply base. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cast metals, mold tooling, foundry processes, and metallurgy.Fully Remote: work based in Southern CA — the team is based in Saco, ME but this role operates remotely.
