Provides technical oversight for DoD ammunition production programs through business capture, production support, ballistic test validation, continuous improvement, and design/development efforts ensuring compliant, on-schedule delivery and resolving technical issues to maintain safety and meet all contractual requirements. You will also provide technical support for complex program activities by developing and applying advanced engineering theories, methods and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex technical problems.

In this role, you will collaborate with program managers & technical leads to balance technical scope with cost, schedule, resources, & risk. Using a MBSE approach, you will recommend system engineering tools, define processes, & lead continuous improvement activities. This role supports business development in drafting proposals & collaborates on internal R&D strategies.
