Provides program-level quality assurance for DoD ammunition production by overseeing manufacturing processes, ballistic testing, continuous improvement, and engineering collaboration. Ensures compliant, on-schedule delivery through effective resolution of technical quality issues and adherence to safety and contractual requirements. Supports program management with supplier, subcontractor, and customer quality matters. Implements program quality plans and procedures and actively identifies, communicates, and mitigates program risks.
