Designs, develops, implements & oversees the organization's EHS programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities & to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with regulations | Administration of the A3 review processing; scheduling, communicating, distributing lessons learned & manages distribution lists | Initiates & implements audit processes; scheduling, communicating & following up on corrective actions |Scheduling & conducting cultural assessments | Greenhouse Gas overview including working with GDOTS sites to request data, prepare data, & work closely with site Quality teams & verification requests from third party | Serving as Safety Committee lead, enhance EHS training, general administration of Safety & is a member of the BCP/DR team
Plans, monitors and manages internal programs from initiation through completion | Leads or coordinates programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and indirect people management | Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions | Responsibilities are within the Project Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
Act as a primary liaison between the Business Units and DCAA/DCMA. Cooperates with auditors and provides data in support of audits. Understands and interprets the relevant areas of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) to ensure compliance by the business. Assists business units with development and/or review of CAS Disclosure Statements and addressing any comments received from DCAA or DCMA. Assessment and review of annual Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS) to ensure submissions are properly completed. Assists business units with the development of Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRPs) and attaining Forward Pricing Rate Agreements (FRPAs).
Participates in the development and fulfillment of contract requirements in the purchase or sale/delivery of equipment, materials, products or services | Evaluates contract compliance and advises others on contractual rights and obligations | Requests or approves amendments to contract terms or contract extensions | Prepares bids or requests for proposals (RFPs), including specifications and requirements; negotiates contract terms and participates in the determination of acceptable bids
Metal Part Machining focuses on operating computer or mechanically controlled machines to produce and repair metal parts for manufacturing. Analyzes engineering specifications or blueprints to define the dimensions and features of the metal part to be produced. Determines the optimal tool path for fabricating the part by selecting appropriate machine tools (e.g., lathes, drill presses, milling machines, grinders, boring machines, etc.) and specifying the sequence of tool operations. Manually sets up/adjusts machine tools. Recommends revisions in design and/or substitutions in material based on machinability or fabrication problems-Work Schedule: Friday - Sunday (12 hour days) 11.1% Shift Premium

Provides technical support to the quality and quality engineering (QE) functions | Conducts quality control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc., at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards | Captures and analyzes statistical data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards | Recommends new or enhanced methods, procedures and standards. This is a 2nd shift position.
