Overview

We are looking for a Cyber Business Operations Analyst to work closely with our Cyber Operations Team. In this newly created, you will have an understanding of the DFARS 252.204-7012 and the CyberSecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements that supply chain and our suppliers will need to achieve to improve their Cyber security posture and meet regulatory requirements. You will also review and rate suppliers’ Cyber security position and developing training materials for both internal and external partners.

Major Position Responsibilities

  • Performs daily task to asses, evaluate and recommend guidance for business operations , which supports internal compliance, vulnerability, and risk management oversight for enterprise-wide General Dynamics - Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS).
  • Responsible for assessing, auditing, tracking, rating suppliers, and providing training material for compliance against industry standards and regulations it relates to DFARS 252.204-7012, CyberSecurity Model Certification (CMMC), Covered Defense Information and Controlled Unclassified information. 
  • Review supplier responses to cybersecurity assessment surveys and provide follow-up questions as required.
  • Develop a procedural set of responses to common survey questions.
  • Assist in development and maintaining a platform for managing and archiving operations information..
  • Provide support as needed to review cybersecurity requirements associated with customer contracts. 
  • Perform audits and risk analysis of sites for compliance to cyber policy and USG regulations
  • Establish protocols for communication within the organization during potential cyber incident and subsequent follow-up.
  • Assist in development and training of personnel across all functions regarding cybersecurity responsibilities.
  • Produce detailed incident reports briefs for management, administrators and reporting requirements.
  • Participates in operational risk management activities to enhance the value of the company and brand by conducting risk assessments and provides recommendations for compliance.
  • Liaison with other cyber analyst entities or organizations to stay current on the quickly changing cybersecurity

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year College or university; and three to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Aerospace & Defense or Information Technology
