Job Summary

Analyzes and administers employer compensation programs, including base pay, long and short-term incentives, and spot bonuses that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention, and employee engagement. Produces reports and visualizations that provide easy to understand information required for decision making. Communicates pay structures, grades, compensation budgets, and guidelines. Utilizes hiring, sourcing, attrition, and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights about the current and future states of the workforce. Utilizes Power Bi to build HR visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that provide business insight and aid in business decision-making.

Essential Functions

  • Administers, and implements one or more Total Rewards programs including compensation, learning, wellness or benefits.
  • Communicates rewards program structures, materials, budgets, and employee impacts.
  • Evaluates existing rewards programs to verify their effectiveness and determine if modifications are needed.
  • Communicates eligibility and program coverage information to employees.
  • Advises managers on effective pay, learning or benefits decisions and changes.
  • Maintains & updates position or benefits descriptions and architecture.
  • Teaches employees how to use and access Total Rewards systems and re-configure system/ program architecture as needed and approved.
  • Maintains Total Rewards programs that follow legal regulations and company standards.
  • May participate in necessary surveys and conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness with regards to benefits and compensation trends.

Additional Responsibilities

Evaluates jobs, develops and maintains job descriptions and job architecture. Participates in compensation surveys and conducts research on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends. Supports site HR teams with data requests and presents data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Data Analytics preferred. Proven experience developing end‑to‑end Power BI solutions, including data ingestion, modeling, reporting, and visualization.
  • Certifications: SHRM‑CP, PHR, or CCP certification preferred.
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Benchmarking; Compensation Budget Modeling; Compensation Management Software; Compensation Program Design; HR Regulatory Environment and Compliance; Incentive Programs; Job Evaluation; Market Pricing; Salary Planning; Salary Program Administration; Survey Participation; Power BI; Business Analytics; HR Analytics; Reporting; Dashboard Design and Configuration; Data Visualization.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

Travel Requirements

Up to 25% travel likely.
