- Preferred education and experience: 10 years of prior engineering experience in a quality, technical, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Discipline/Major: Bachelor of Science Degree in Quality Management, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) related field.
- Certifications: IPC-610/620 preferred.
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: Knowledge of industry standards such as (ANSI, ASTM, IPC, J-STD, etc.), in depth GD&T understanding and application, practical knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection, strong leadership and RCCA skills, ability to manage technical staff in a cross functional environment. We are on a 9/80 schedule (9 hour days Monday - Thursday, alternating Fridays off, opposite Fridays 8 hour days)
