*We are on a 9/80 schedule (9 hour days Monday - Thursday, alternating Fridays off, opposite Fridays 8 hour days.) This is a full-time on-site position. This role will start out as a temporary position with the option of the candidate applying to become a regular full-time GD-OTS employee after 90 days.

Responsibilities-

General Profile

  • Performs clerical duties associated with materials management.
  • Receives, stocks, and distributes materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Stores and labels materials in an orderly manner.
  • Drafts reports regarding production progress, inventory levels, and materials costs.
  • Inspects stock items for defects and reports all instances of damage to supervisors.
  • Compares inventory records with physical counts of stock to ensure accuracy, reporting discrepancies when they arise.

  • 3-5 years comparable experience
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Organizational skills
  • Clerical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Pay Range (USD)

$44,660.00 - $82,940.00
