Job Summary

Supply Chain compliance is responsible for ensuring GD-OTS and local site polices as well as USG regulations are followed, documented, and reported appropriately and accurately. Communicates and trains others on federal regulations in respect to Department of Defense (DoD) and other government customers.

Essential Functions

  • Follows & stays informed of new or updated policies and procedures that ensure supply chain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.  
  • Monitors the regulatory environment and responds to or shares to new or amended legislation.  
  • Conducts supply chain compliance tests or audits and reports findings to the leadership team.  
  • Reports and gathers information on allegations of illegal, improper, or unethical conduct by employees or company representatives.  
  • May update, deliver or inform others of supply chain compliance-related training sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
  • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
  • Discipline/Major: Supply Chain, Business or related degree
  • Knowledge, skills & abilities: Ability to work as part of a team. Decision-making skills. Problem management. Oral and written communication skills. Problem/situation analysis. Analytical thinking skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
  • Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.
  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
