Overview

We are looking for Interns to support the Engineering organization at St Marks Powder- General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems. This role will work under the supervision of a manager or engineer to assist with existing Engineering projects. The Intern will work in a dynamic people-focused environment where he/she will work directly with experienced engineers to enhance their skills and develop a higher level of confidence in their capabilities.

Major Position Responsibilities

  • Perform Engineering tasks Perform and document mathematical calculations
  • Collaborate with Engineers
  • Perform to task schedules established by lead Engineers or Managers.
  • Obtain, correlate, and analyze technical information needed to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Participate in peer reviews, and problem-solving meetings, prepare and present technical material for design reviews

Basic Qualifications

  • Working on BS in Engineering Discipline (Junior or Senior year preferred)
  • 0 – 2 years’ experience
  • Internships in related fields a plus
