Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines in the Administrative Services Function
Prepares reports and presentation materials.
· Receives and responds to correspondence.
· Schedules conference calls and meetings
· Supports and interacts with administrative staff.
· Schedules meetings, and performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Education: High School Diploma/GED and 3-5 years’ experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
Preferred Education: Associate's Degree
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Organizational skills.
Critical Professional Related Technical Skills; Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
