This individual will be required to ensure the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities. Assess and evaluate the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs. Ensure proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance.

 

 

Major Position Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained and functioning properly.
  • On a day-to-day basis, oversees basic maintenance to ensure property is in good condition.
  • Troubleshoots and performs complex repairs or may coordinate maintenance with outside contractors.
  • Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
  • Maintains appropriate records of physical plant equipment performance and maintenance.
  • Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
  • Interacts with tenant to fulfill lease requirements and respond to service requests.

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Required Education and Experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years’ experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education & Experience
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Facility maintenance and coordination. Preventative maintenance.
  • Critical Professional Related Technical Skills; Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
