Summary: 

 

Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines in the Administrative Services Function.

 

  • Ability to make travel plans
  • Process p-card (credit card) requests and orders
  • Complete expense reports
  • Orgainze and maintain office supplies
  • Plan/coorinate office lunches and dinners
  • Facilitate customer events, meetings, and dinners
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, and MS Excell

 

Major Position Responsibilities

  • Prepares reports and presentation materials.
  • Receives and responds to correspondence.
  • Schedules conference calls and meetings
  • Supports and interacts with administrative staff.
  • Schedules meetings, and performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 3-5 years experience in a similar
    OR
  • Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Work well with others and in a team enviroment
  • Work with little supervision
  • Ability to multi-task

Other Requirements:

  • Proficiency with MS Office 365 tools
