Operates a variety of Forge production equipment to manufacture products to specifications by performing the following duties:

Major Position Responsibilities

  • Operates production equipment to produce products in accordance with requirements including quality and output following verbal and written instructions.

  • Completes equipment adjustments and tooling changes to maintain compliance with specifications and quality procedures.
  • Inspects parts and documents findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.
  • Records length of time and quantity of materials used for each job.

  • Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas
  • Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations &Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to operate various production equipment with proper training and instruction.
  • Ability to use standard measurement equipment.
